DIRECTIONS: 1. Preheat the oven to 350°. 2. Roll out the flaky dough until it is thin. 3. Grease a 9x13 pan, and place the flaky dough on the bottom, making a small wall on the sides. 4. Sauté the onions and the mushrooms in oil for 45 minutes, season with salt and pepper, to taste. 5. In a different pot, cook the broccoli in salt water until soft, then mash with a fork. 6. Then, in a separate pot, cook the sweet potato in salt water for approx. 20 minutes, until soft but slightly firm. Drain. 7. In a small pot make the roux by combining the butter, heavy cream and flour, seasoning with salt and pepper, mix well with the broccoli, pour unto the flaky sough, top with the cubed sweet potato, sprinkle a generous amount of shredded cheese on top. 8. Cover tightly and bake for 45 minutes.
